Symbol Rate- 13230
Resolution - SD
Notes - Originally reported at Ricks. Channel 4 on the VBA mux. Flag is encrypted ($) so you need to scan all channels to get it rather than FTA. Last time it was reported this was ITC for several days.

on vba mux ch4. It is flagged encrypted $ so scan for all
