A lady who was worried about facial wrinkles went to a doctor who suggested a new device that would be installed under her hair on the top of her head. Every time she saw a wrinkle, she could turn a little knob on the device and it would tighten up the facial skin.
After a few years, she went back to the doctor and complained of bags under her eyes she couldn't seem to get rid of. The doctor told her after using the device to much, the bags under eyes wern't bags but her boobs, she then said well, I guess theres no sense in asking about the goatee.
